Like many people locating to our Northeast Texas area, I am a transplant.  My parents moved here from Michigan when I was about 11 years old.  That also means that I’ve been here long enough to be a Texan....  My wife and I were married here about 38 years ago.  We have three grown children that have families of their own.  Our two oldest sons are serving in the U.S. Air Force.

I am a U.S. Navy veteran and spent the majority of my time at sea on Navy destroyer class ships.  I have a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.  Over the years I have enjoyed several different professions including as an electrician for Texas Utilities.  For many years I owned RadioShack dealer stores.  I owned and operated a poultry farm for Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.   In 2000 I completed real estate classes through Texas A&M and am a licensed real estate agent.  I am also a commercial FAA licensed drone pilot.

The main driver in my professional life has always been to be helpful and serve others.  You generally find me working behind the scenes.  I am a member of the Mount Pleasant Rotary Club and have been a Rotarian since first joining the Pittsburg Rotary Club in August of 1994.

My interests outside of real estate are designing and installing professional audio/video systems.  I currently enjoy working with the audio, video and live broadcast of services at Mount Pleasant First Baptist Church.  My other hobby is restoring pipe and digital computer church organs.

My goal in real estate is threefold.  One is a personal and trustworthy relationship with clients.  Two is attention to detail for the best outcome of a transaction.  And, three is to use unique and aggressive marketing practices that will have your property seen by a lot of prospective buyers.  I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
